You Invest in Your Physical Fitness.
What About Your Leadership Fitness?
You've got the Equinox membership, the OrangeTheory classes, the Sunday meal prep routine. You show up for your health — consistently, intentionally.

But when it comes to your career? You're winging it and hoping for the best.
There's a better way. Welcome to your leadership workout.

Think of This as Your Leadership Gym
You already know how fitness works. You show up, you put in the reps, you build strength over time - and you have a trainer in your corner making sure you're doing it right.
Leadership development works the same way. The problem is, most people only seek coaching when something's broken - when they've been passed over, when a team is falling apart, when the job becomes unbearable.
That's remediation. This is Leadership Conditioning.
The professionals who rise the fastest aren't waiting for a crisis to invest in themselves. They're doing the work consistently, building the muscles - executive presence, strategic thinking, people leadership, emotional intelligence - before they need them. That's what I offer: a structured, personalized, high-engagement approach to becoming the leader you already have the potential to be.
Hello, I'm Milind
Hey there, what's up?
I'm an executive/leadership coach who is always in my client's corner. My clients are exceptional at their jobs, but come to me for some refinement. That's where my "leadership conditioning" comes in.
Much like a top-tier fitness coach/boxing coach/tennis coach, I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients - what motivates them, what scares them, what inspires them and what gets in their way. By listening attentively, asking probing questions and holding them accountable, I've been able to help my clients grow in many ways. Again, they know how to do what they do. They just need to fine-tune their conditioning. They need to get in their reps.
Helping others is not anything new for me. In fact, that's what I loved about working in my previous advertising career. For 35 years, I got to work with amazing clients, work on some great ad campaigns, travel the world and work with some extremely talented, creative people.
Yet, the thing that really fulfilled me was when I was able to help someone get unstuck, find confidence or solve an issue. In many cases, those experiences rank right up there with some of the career project highlights.
So, if you're willing to dig deep and get to work, let's do this.

Ready to Start?
Many leaders invest heavily in their physical and mental fitness. You plan your week around your workouts. You track your sleep, your macros, your steps.

It's time to bring that same intentionality to your leadership development.

Not as remediation. As conditioning.

Let's spend 30 minutes together — no pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what your training program should look like.
