Hello, I'm Milind

I'm Milind Raval — and I've been exactly where you are.

​

Over a 35-year career in advertising and marketing, I led teams, navigated corporate politics, managed up, survived reorgs, pitched to boardrooms, and figured out (sometimes the hard way) what it actually takes to lead with confidence and get noticed for the right reasons.

​

Then I did something unexpected: I walked away from a career most people only dream about - to become the coach I wish I'd had.

​

I'm an ICF ACC Credentialed Coach, certified in Executive Coaching through NYU's School of Professional Studies, and a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach -which means I don't just help you feel better about your career, I give you a real framework to understand your strengths and actually use them.

​

My approach is direct, warm, and a little different from what you'd expect. I'm not going to throw jargon at you or hand you a generic 5-step plan. We'll have real conversations - the kind that actually move the needle.

Whether you're trying to break into the C-suite, find your voice in the room, navigate a career pivot, or just figure out your next move - I've seen it all, I've lived most of it, and I know how to help.
